Tom Zaber, Founder and President of Zaber & Co., got his start in the truck body business over 20 years ago, with what is now one of the companies competitors’, selling tire service trucks, mechanic trucks, material handling cranes, oil service equipment, and a long list of other truck body equipment.

In 1992, Tom left his competitor with a vision. To create an east coast operation to distribute the best of what the truck body industry had to offer. This was the birth of Zaber & Co., Inc. The process began with the selling, installing, and repairing of IMT and Stellar Industries tire service and mechanics trucks. Over the years we have added such lines as Venturo, Champion, Vanair, and VMAC air compressors, Monroe Custom utility bodies, Theiman and Eagle lift gates, and a long list of other companies who manufacture the best in truck equipment accessories.

In 2001, Zaber & Co. developed and unveiled its own complete line of tire service trucks manufactured from 100% aluminum allowing it to provide a new and improved alternative to the fleet, OTR, and agriculture tire markets. From the start they have been an unbelievable success with satisfied customers from Arizona to Maine.
